Are you a fun, outgoing support worker with a good sense of humour If so I would like to hear from you!Support worker - FUN£12ph12 weeks with chance to go perm!My Client is an engaging, charming, funny, cheeky, young man. Who lives in an adapted bungalow with him mum and brother.He likes animals, sport, music, going out for walks and watching his favourite programmes on his iPad.Jack has Cerebral Palsy, epilepsy and other complex needs and requires 2:1 support to help him lead the life he wants to live and the way he wants to live it. He finds change very dificult and needs to know what is happening, when and with whom. He is ableto propel his manual wheelchair but has moving and handling needs.SCIP training desireable and would give you an advantage!Duties will include ;- Personal care.- Assist Jack to make apropriate clothing choices, depending on the days activity/weather etc.- Explore and and develop community activities for Jack.- Support Jack in social situations.
