Your responsibilities include overseeing new product development projects, leading a team of ElectronicDevelopment and Software Engineers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the development process from ideation to launch, adhering to the NPD stage gate process.* Innovate and conceptualize new product designs to maintain market competitiveness.* Enhance the performance and features of existing products.* Manage and mentor a team, fostering motivation and high performance.* Coordinate recruitment, training, and other line management duties.Desired Qualifications:* Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics Engineering preferred) or Physics/Maths.* Practical experience with electronic assemblies and software.* Proficiency in project management and staff supervision.* 5+ years experience in relevant engineering roles, preferably within the marine/survey industry.Personal Skills:* Strong problem-solving skills.* Attention to detail and quality.* Effective technical communication.* Ability to mentor and drive teams to success.* Desire to innovate and adopt new technologies.If youre a results-oriented individual with a passion for product improvement and innovation, we want to hear from you!
