Job Description

Reed Accountancy are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a temporary basis for approximately 6 weeks for a company based in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth. The client would ideally appreciate applications from candidates with experience ofprocessing invoices or raising purchase orders. This role would be working 9am-5pm and would be based on site (free parking available).Duties:

  • Processing high volume of purchase invoices and approving purchase invoices once signed
  • Posting transactions from bank statements and reconciling
  • Answering queries from suppliers and staff chasing receipt of invoices and payments by phone and email
