Job Description

Hales Group are currently seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Officer to join our client based at their brand new, top of the range HQ in Gorleston. This is a brand new role created to drive the company forward into an exciting, new period ofgrowth.The role will suit someone who has proven experience of leading marketing strategies, can offer creative and innovative solutions to achieve these goals for the business.This role will include but not be limited to;

  • Manage and maximise social media accounts (facebook, linkedin)
  • Create new social media presence on various platforms (tik-tok, instagram)
  • Organise annual charity events
  • Create and maintain a website blog
  • Update and improve website case study section - liaise with existing clients for testimonials/photographs
  • Attend networking / business development events to create new opportunities
  • Allocate budgets to support local causes/charity events/sponsorship
  • Implement a Google ratings / trust pilot page and initiate existing customer feedback/satisfaction surveys
  • Strong emphasis on marketing our client as number 1 single source supplier for multiple categories suited to any commercial business
  • Develop marketing strategies and seasonal focused promotions
  • Run quarterly competitions to engage customers, prospects and the general public.
  • Develop maintain and distribute company marketing materials e.g. brochures, flyers, intro letters
  • Work with our clients Graphic Designer to create eye catching adverts / general marketing materials
To be considered for this role;
  • Proven track record of growing online businesses, implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Understanding of usability, design, and copy of high converting web pages and sales funnels
  • Experience working with the wider team to understand business goals and converting this to effective solutions
  • Ideally educated to degree level in an arts or media subject.
  • The ability to produce a high standard of videography and photography would be an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal English with confident communication skills
  • Able to work 3-5 days per week
