  • Salary: £20,000 - £23,500 DOE
  • Hours: 9am5pm with an early finish on Fridays
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + birthday off

Your new role as Luxury Travel Administrator:Youll be supporting the team in ensuring that all customers requirements are met and the highest service is delivered.Duties will include:
  • Assisting with new booking enquiries via phone and email
  • Dealing with any customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date and correct
  • Processing information on the bespoke database
  • Updating pricing and availability on the company website
  • Any general office admin
In order to be considered for the role of Luxury Travel Administrator, you must have:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
