Job Description

An Accounts Payable Administrator (AP Admin) position is available to join a successful manufacturing company based in the North Coventry area on a part time permanent basis offering hybrid working.Duties of this Accounts Payable role include;

Assisting with all accounts payable duties
Resolution of matching errors of vendor invoice, purchase order and receipt acknowledgement
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Audit support and compliance specific to accounts payable
Record retention, tracking and reporting for tax and VAT purposes

Offering;

Hybrid working after training period is completed
A salary of up to £28k pro rata
Flexible hours to be mutually agreed across 4-5 days working 16-20 hours per week

Based in the North Coventry in the CV6 area, you will be required to work 2 days on-site and the remainder home based.
