Job Description

Yard OperativeTRC Group are recruiting for Yard Operatives for our client based in the Goldthorpe, S63 area. This is on behalf of a market leader within the supermarket industry that are rapidly expanding!This is a temp to perm contract, all candidates have the potential to earn a permanent position within our clients team. Pay Rate: £9.66 per hour - £11.59 per hour (between the hours of 10 pm to 4 am) - increase in pay rates after 12 weeks to £10.45 p/h and £13.06 p/hJob Type: Temp-permShift Pattern: Days - 4 on 4 off 6am-6pm OR 10am-6pm working a 5/7 monthly patternNights - 4 on 4 off 6pm-6am OR monthly rota working any 5 out of 7 6pm-2am or 10pm-6amThe Role:
  • Organising returnable/warehouse equipment (crates/cages/pallets etc)
  • Stacking returnable/warehouse equipment (crates/cages/pallets etc)
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
  • This is working out in the yard, in all weather conditions so must be comfortable with the cold
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • This is a very physically demanding role so must be comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
  • Reliability and good attitude towards work
