An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our distribution sector.Our company, Tekfloor Limited, is a family run distribution business based in Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire. We are one of the largest independent distributors of floor screeding materials, renders and building insulation in the UK, with over half of our business in the insulation sector. We deliver to home and construction sites across the UK.Purpose of the Job:Provide effective and efficient administration support to the transport department including liaising with drivers.Assist with planning daily orders with inhouse system and communicating with warehouse manager, sales office and drivers.Input/Retrieve data from the Transport Management System currently in place and the ability to learn new systems upon implementationAssist with stock movements across our different locations, in time, to fulfil customer orders.Ensuring the department operates in line with all legal conformance, company, customer procedures & processes and requirements relating to Health and Safety and that it is effectively communicated to staffRequirements for the role:Willing to work Shift (Monday to Friday)Good communication and organisational skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to work well under pressureAttention to detailSolid admin and MS Office experienceSAP knowledge (not essential - training provided)CPC Transport manager qualification required but not essentialMain responsibilities:Support the transport department with administration tasksMonitor stock levels and movement across all our locations to ensure stock is in the correct location to fulfil customer requirements.What we offer:Competitive salaryHealth PlanPension SchemeLife InsuranceIf you have the essential requirements and would like to seize this fantastic opportunity, please send your CV and covering letter.
