I am recruiting on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation who provide residential care for those with profound and multiple disabilities.This provider has 13 services across Yorkshire and South Cheshire, and work hard to provide holistic care and therapy that encourages people to explore their interests and pushes them to reach their full potential.You will have at least three years Registered Manager experience in learning and physical disability services, and ideally experience of multi- site or dual site registration. Experience with residents with complex needs and in non verbal communication is advantageous.You will also have good business acumen, be adept with managing budgets, and hopefully be brimming with innovative ideas to move the service from a Good to an Outstanding.You will be responsible for looking after a total of 15 residents across two sites, both with a very experienced and well established team of care and support staff. The services are both on a Good CQC.Its a steady ship, what we now need is a captain with some vision and drive to take it to the next level. Required skills
