Location: HuddersfieldSalary: £23,000 - £26,000Job Type: PermanentA leading property firm in Huddersfield is looking to grow their team by taking on a Residential Assistant.This firm pride themselves on their high-quality workload and delivering exceptional service to their clients. On top of this, the firm has a progressive and lovely working environment for their staff.The successful candidate will be a residential property all-rounder and will have experience handling conveyancing cases from opening, up until completion.Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Working one-to-one with a fee earner and assisting them with their caseloads

Communicating with clients in person, over the phone and over email

Taking charge of cases in the fee earners absence

Dealing with incoming client queries
