They provide a productive environment for their team of Mortgage Advisers to work with autonomy and focus on growing their own business. They are looking to continue building their team by recruiting experienced Mortgage Advisers.Clients and business opportunities - Mortgage AdviserThey are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers that could bring some of their own business. Throughout your years of advising on mortgages, you should have built up your network of clients. Our client will be able to provide support and guidance on how to maximise your own network to generate remortgage opportunities and proactively obtain regular referrals. In addition, they could supply you with some additional leads or access to their substantial database to top up your own business.Training and Development - Mortgage Adviser progression to Financial Adviser!Excellent initial and ongoing training will be provided to their Mortgage Advisers. This includes the opportunity for you to be supported with the transition to become a Financial Adviser to provide investment and pension advice as well.Requirements to be consideredThey are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers that can bring some of their own business. This would appeal to Mortgage Advisers looking to have autonomy, administration support, flexibility to work from home or a local office and be within an experienced team to share ideas.Benefits
