To achieve this, we not only provide care for pets in need, but also help people be the best pet owners they can be.Wood Greens Offsite Care team are looking for an additional team manager to join this exciting and growing yet now established team.The offsite care team comprises Woodgreens fostering, owner home care and visiting mobilization services made up of a medium staffing team across all roles who provide support and care for volunteer fosterers, owners and up to 200 accompanying pets whilethey move through their rehoming journey with the charity.The team manager is required to be responsible for the smooth running of operations within the department leading staff and volunteers in their day to day activity to ensure the delivery of Woodgreens pet strategy is upheld to a high standard. Working alongsideanother Team manager and the Offsite Care Section manager the successful candidate will ensure team members have the skills, behaviors and competences required to deliver the service through providing training, coaching, instruction and feedback to ensurethe team are inspired to perform at their optimum and work towards shared goals.Role responsibilities will include;
