We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join our Finance team. As part of a team of 7, the successful applicant will support the senior members of our finance function in preparing reconciliations, management accounts and in the dayto day running of our finance team. They will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of purchase ledger data and will lead in improvements to the processes and procedures of our purchase ledger.In addition to this, the successful applicant will be responsible for the checking and authorising of payment runs for both our Charity and Trading company and for ensuring that there is sufficient cash within the organisation for these.With an AAT level 3 or above qualification, or equivalent experience, we are looking for someone who has had significant experience of working within purchase ledger and in handling large quantities of financial data. They should be able to demonstrate adetailed understanding of confidentiality and of using Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and V lookups, and will have the ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a timely manner as well as being adept at working accurately to strict deadlines.The starting salary for this position is £27,348 - £33,427 per annum, depending on experience. This will be complemented by;
