Job Description

HR ManagerLooking for something a little more part time Wanting a better work life balance How about a 3-day working week Great opportunity for a stand-alone HR Manager to work in collaboration with the Directors of a large telecoms company based in Huntingdon.You will be working on site 9-5.30, with some flexibility if needed, 3 days a week. Which will be open to conversation at interview for what works best for you and the business.As HR Manager you will be:

  • Assist and support Managers in full employee lifecycle from starter to leaver including recruitment, employment contracts, induction, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, pay and benefits
  • Provide advice and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, to ensure they reflect good practice and meet legislative requirements.
  • Maintain and update the internal HR system
  • Report regularly on HR metrics, such as staff turnover, gender pay comparisons etc.
  • Act as first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
  • Prepare payroll information and liaise with outsourced payroll specialist by providing relevant employee information.
  • Work on specific HR projects and initiatives as required in line with the people plan you will have a hand in creating.
The right candidate for HR Manager will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills bring able to respond quickly to enquiry or changes.Ideally have a CIPD qualification or equivalent and experience working within a standalone HR management role.Benefits for this role include:
