What is this roleYou will be working in one of our customer service teams and develop into a knowledgeable and confident customer service advisor for our business.You will be trained on all our products and services to help deliver the best experience for our customers.You will need to liaise with other key team and management colleagues as well as third party companies in order to provide solutions, whilst keeping accurate records on actions taken. This role can be varied at times so you will need to demonstrate adaptablethinking and maintain excellent levels of communication.The role will involve;
  • Answering inbound sales and enquiries
  • Replying to emails and live chat service
  • Dealing with third party and our internal courier services
  • Liaising with our Workshop & Dispatch teams
  • Liaising with other office and production team members and management to resolve queries to enable timely solutions
  • Other office duties as required to assist the office and services run smoothly
Who is the ideal candidateWe are seeking persons who have previous customer service experience or experience within a similar role. They will need to be a strong, friendly and professional communicator on the phone and over email and be skilled and accurate in recording information.ESSENTIAL SKILLS: -
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Calm and polite manner
  • Ability to learn as you go and adapt to changes within growing and successful company
  • Be able to work under your own initiative
  • Google Cloud & Excel experience preferred (but not essential)
