Summary Diabetes Scotland have secured funding to develop and deliver a peer support project led by young people targeted specifically at 11-25-year-olds living with type 1 diabetes across Scotland. This project aims to improve self-management by helping young peopleincrease their emotional health and wellbeing, overcome isolation and increase their confidence in self-management.We have a brilliant and inclusive working environment here at Diabetes UK and are proud of our Connected Working framework which allows great flexibility in the way that we work. This means that you can balance your working time between home and theoffice, subject to the needs of your role of course.
