Job Description

Web Developer - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP - 100% REMOTE ROLE - Open to junior, mid & senior level developers - Salary flexible depending on experience. About the companyThis is an industry leading business with exciting plans to continue to expand and dominate their market. They carry a plethora of both innovative and market leading products with almost 2 decades in their sector. You will be supported with mentoring but trusted to get your work doneremotely with any flexibility you need.About your role You will be initially working on a web modernisation project for their own public facing website. The project will be a ground up rebuild where you will be involved with every point of the design, architecture and implementation stages for the project. Thisrole is open to candidates both with experience and at the early stages of their career, due to the amount of current and upcoming projects the workload can be tailored to the candidates experience. You will be working alongside a very experienced Developerwith plans to expand the development team further over the next 12 months.What technical skills / experience are they looking for

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • An understanding of PHP & MySQL
  • SEO at a fundamental level and/or currently monitors and understands upcoming trends
  • Knowledge of AWS hosting, and Linux would be a bonus
  • Web application security - for an understanding of networked applications and their security concerns
  • CMS implementations for web applications (Joomla, WordPress) would be beneficial but not essential.
