Job Title: Water Treatment AdministratorLocation: Glasgow, Scotland Salary / Benefits £19k - £26k +Training +BenefitsLevel of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Administrator through to Lead Water Treatment AdministratorProfile: A forward thinking Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company who hold a national presence, working on Industrial, Healthcare, and High Security sites are now looking to recruit a competent and organised Water Treatment Administrator based in and aroundthe Glasgow area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within the Water Treatment / Water Hygiene Industry, with experience co-ordinating Risk Assessment / Water Hygiene / Plumbing works, receiving and typing up reports, updating logbooksaccurately and providing support to managers with day-to-day planning. Applications will be considered from: East Kilbride, Paisley, Clydebank, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Linlithgow, Livingstone, Lanark, Hamilton, Renfrew.Experience & Qualifications: " Will have experience working within the Water Hygiene industry, ideally working within an administration position. " Will have excellent organisational and communication skills. " Will have experience using MS Office and industry recognised software. The Role:" Co-ordinating Risk Assessment / Water Hygiene / Plumbing work for clients as well as booking in work for site staff. " Arranging travel, accommodation an access for site staff." Receiving data and updating client portals. " Using internal systems to produce accurate and detailed reports for clients." Providing clients with quotations for works waiting to be carried out." Overseeing and helping a team of administrators.
