Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer. Location: Glasgow, Scotland Salary / Benefits £22k - £33k + Training + BenefitsWe are working closely with an industry leading Water Hygiene / Water Treatment company with a national presence. They are recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover Commercial and Industrial contracts, alongside a team of dedicated engineers. You willbe familiar with carrying out various Legionella monitoring duties e.g. water sampling, temperature monitoring, calorifier inspections, and CWST inspections, cleans and chlorination. For the successful candidate, our client is offering competitive salary,company bonus scheme and generous holiday package. Candidates will be covering the Central Belt of Scotland and the surrounding areas: Kilmarnock, Hamilton, East Kilbride, Coatbridge, Paisley, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Kincardine, Stirling, Edinburgh, Dunfermline, Kirkaldy, East Lothian. Experience & Qualifications: " Excellent understanding of Legionella monitoring duties. " Experience working for a recognised Water Hygiene / Legionella company. " Strong knowledge of relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Able to communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues at all levels. " Familiar with using handheld PDA system.The Role:" Carrying out CWST inspections, cleans, and chlorination." Water sampling. " Showerhead cleans and descales. " Temperature monitoring." TMV and failsafe servicing. " Cooling tower cleans and disinfection." Calorifier inspections and flushing. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant HSG / ACoP L8 guidelines. " Using handheld PDA to produce detailed reports.
