You willhave experience making and taking calls from our customers when they want to talk to you.As aCall Centre Vulnerable Customer Specialist at Wescot Credit Servicesyou will be having conversations with LBG customers to support them in getting back to financial wellbeing. You’ll be based at our perfectly placed Glasgow officea few minutes’ walk from Glasgow Central train station.This role partners our clients. You will be having conversations with people facing difficult situations, those whose physical or mental health, or family circumstances are impacting their ability to pay their mortgage.
