Job Title - Temporary Showroom/Vehicle AssistantLocation - Glasgow (G32)Salary - £11 per hourAssignment - OngoingHours - Shifts, working 5 days over 7. Between 9am-7pm.Office Angels Glasgow are working alongside a well-known automotive company to place 2 temporary Showroom/Vehicle Assistants. Please note that this is a full time role. The office is easily reachable by public transport, bus stops and train station are withina short walking distance. Free parking is also available on site.Customer service is at the forefront of the company values, and our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a warm and flexible approach to this. Due to the nature if this role, we will only be moving forward with candidates who are available to start immediately and are available to work on a shift pattern, 5 days over 7.This role would suit a confident driver. You will hold a full, clean, UK drivers license (held for over 1 year).About the Role * Accurate data entry* Daily you will be checking vehicles for damage, checking all vehicle specifications and service history, and completing inspection data for vehicle loading. Carrying out visual inspections of vehicles, to check for any damages. * Completing detailed checks of vehicle service history and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date.* Preparing vehicles for loading/unloading* The role requires a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all vehicles are presented at the expected service levels.About You:Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills Excellent telephone manner. Ability to meet tight deadlinesand multi-task Ability to work as part of a team and to use your own initiative Quick learner with good attention to detail, accuracy and presentation Personal Attributes Proactive, professional and helpful Calm, confident manner and able to work effectively under pressure, in a fast paced work environment.
