Due to continued growth, Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a rare Corporate or Mixed Tax Partner opportunity with a leading national firm in Glasgow.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Manager looking for their next step up or an established Tax Director wanting to join a dynamic, technology driven accountancy practice.The successful candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified (with post-qualified experience) and be responsible for delivering bespoke tax advice and solutions to a high profile and diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, PLCS, listed, domestic and international clients including a number of household names.You will have excellent technical skills and ideally have some experience of M&A work, Corporate reorganisations including demergers and reconstructions, international tax principals, R&D, share schemes, EIS/SEIS, Property taxation, Capital Gains, Trusts and Employee incentive arrangements.You will manage a large client portfolio and serve as a long-term advisor to your clients so excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is essential. You will be on hand to support and develop your team, delegate work, monitor team performance and progress against deadlines.Our client is offering an outstanding remuneration and benefits package for the right individual.
