Job Description

The newly refurbished luxury 5* Spa at Kimpton Blythswood Square are looking for Spa Attendants to join our team and provide our guests with an immersive and relaxing experience…We are looking for someone who can work 24 hours per week, over 3 shifts (including weekends). We are paying £10.90 per hour basic pay, plus upselling opportunities!The Spa at Kimpton Blythswood Square is a Scottish escape for guests and visitors alike, we provide a multi-sensory experience with focus on relaxation and self-care. Our recent refurbishment has improved on our sustainable offering by introducing new elementssuch as our brand-new Snow Bliss shower and improving upon our current offerings such as our well-loved Pool and Sauna. We are looking for team members who can showcase what we offer, create sophisticated and transformative experiences whilst ensuring embracingsustainability and natural elements.As a Spa Attendant at the well renowned 5* Spa at Kimpton Blythswood Square, your core purpose will be:

  • Pool Management: daily pool water management through regular testing.
  • Operating Thermal Experience: you will be responsible for operating the thermal cabins in line with health and safety guidelines.
  • General Housekeeping: general management of changing facilities, communal areas, linen handling and allocation.

  • Previous experience as a Spa Attendant within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa is desirable, or general Hospitality experience ready to try a new role
  • First aid certificate or pool responder certificate is desirable although not required.
  • High levels of communication, you will be communicating with guests and other departments within the hotel.
  • Overall, a friendly attitude and willingness to help the Spa and wider Hotel team provide a 5* experience to our guests!
