Job Description

Are you looking for a new Pension Administration opportunity in GlasgowHybrid– Full Training/Support – Career ProgressionHighly competitive salary up to £26K DOE and benefits package including attractive pension and bonusReed is pleased to be representing a leading Financial Services company who are currently entering an exciting phase of growth and are now looking for a Pension Administrator to join their existing SIPP team. Ideally, you will have some experience in PensionAdministration, either in back-office or cradle to grave, or in a client servicing role within financial services, and will be confident in liaising with all parties involved.SIPP/Pension Administrator responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for all administration relevant to client needs
  • Ensure service is delivered within any agreed service levels, priorities, and quality standards
  • Carry out client work taking responsibility for client communication and ownership of tasks
  • Ensure that client needs are fully understood and administered in line with documented procedures
  • Effectively manage and prioritise own workload on an on-going basis
  • Support, implement and maintain Information Security procedures
  • Ad-hoc requests as required
Key skills required:
  • Experience in pension administration and working in a team environment is desirable
  • Client servicing experience within a high-volume financial service background is preferred
  • Knowledge of the SIPP marketplace is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Positive, can do attitude and a desire to continuously development of your skills and knowledge
