IDEX Consulting is working exclusively with one of Glasgows leading SIPP providers in the search for a SIPP Pensions AdministratorThis reputable firm can offer a generous salary, hybrid working arrangement and excellent career prospects.You will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of SIPP schemes.Ensure all application documentation is handled in accordance with the Procedures Manual.Administer members records on SIPP~Pro (and any other programs) and ensure records are maintained up to date and correct.Obtain information from members, advisers, other institutions as necessary.Obtain information from clients where necessary in line with agreed timescales.Ensure pension administration is carried out in accordance with the Procedures Manual.Process any investment and/or servicing request in accordance with the Procedures Manual and within agreed timescales.Answer telephones and deal with enquiries, or refer to appropriate person.Leave clear and concise telephone messages for the appropriate persons.We are looking for people with a financial services administration background (investments/life/pensions) looking for a career in SIPPsType correspondence and reports as required.Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
