Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with one of the UKs leading property consultancies on the appointment of a Senior Planner to their team in Glasgow (though the candidate can be accommodated from the Edinburgh or Perth offices). This is a full-timeposition.This particular team specialise in the energy sector and so the successful Senior Planner can expect to work with a range of clients such as major energy utilities providers, network providers, private generators and waste companies. These include site searchand evaluation, environmental impact assessment, planning, Development Consent Order (DCO) and Electricity Act applications, Section 106 negotiations, planning appeals and due diligence.The company has many offices across the UK and has a high number of Directors / Board members who have been promoted from Graduate Town Planner level.
