So, youre a Claims Handler, got some great experience with commercial cases under your belt but dont have much room to go any further where you are.Wouldnt be great to pass on your skills and knowledge to fellow claims handlers who dont perhaps have the same experience as youMentoring and helping train fellow claims professionals is one of the most rewarding things you can do in a claims career.Seeing people develop, gain confidence and flourish is brilliant to see - particularly when its you thats unlocked this for them.This major insurance group are looking for their next Senior Claims Handler to join their Scottish claims team.Here youll still be hands on with case work, but youll play that mentoring role, helping shape the future of your teammates.Day to day youll be involved in commercial claims handling for all types of SME and larger corporate clients.That means working with commercial property, liability, some motor and specialist case types.And with all that experience behind you, well be looking for you to conduct a bit of key client work here - taking over some of the key accounts and getting involved on more of the complex cases requiring a bit of TLC.But up and above all that claims work, youll play that mentoring role.
