Scrum Master/Data Scientist

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Serve as a facilitator for the Scrum team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to prioritise and deliver high-value features.
Organise and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and obstacles to the teams progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum practices, promoting a high-performance mindset.
Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, ensuring effective team and stakeholder communication.
Work closely with product owners to refine and prioritise the product backlog.

Data Scientist Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
Design and implement data models, databases, and reporting systems to support project needs.
Analyse and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain data visualisations and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through proper data governance practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies within projects.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
