Job Description

Prime Workforce is working exclusively and retained to recruit an entrepreneurial Sales Director for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

  • Location: Glasgow (with UK-wide travel)
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Package: Up to £75,000 base + car allowance (£7,200 pa) + 8% pension (rising to 10%) + health insurance (including spouse) + life assurance (twice salary) + 25% annual bonus + long-term incentive plan
Are you an entrepreneurial professional with an unwavering drive for success Are you ready to lead and shape the future of our business while creating your own legacy Prime Workforce, in partnership with a leading service provider based in Glasgow, isseeking a visionary Sales Director to pioneer market share expansion into new sectors.Our client has a current turnover of £2m with plans to achieve a turnover of £6m by 2026.The Role:As the Sales Director, you will report directly to the stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in driving sales growth aligned with our strategic business plans. While leading a new startup division, you will also have an existing team under your guidance,focusing on the current sector.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Generating sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Achieving on-target growth across our product/service range.
  • Crafting a comprehensive sales strategy and organizational structure to support it
  • Implementing practical sales plans to drive strategy execution.
  • Cultivating major opportunities and nurturing relationships to fuel growth.
  • Managing forecasting, budgeting, and product/service launches.
  • Overseeing SEO, PPC campaigns, and marketing initiatives, including email campaigns.
  • Collaborating with partner companies and representing our business at industry events.
