Job Description

RECEPTIONIST TATE are currently looking for someone to come in as holiday cover on a short term contract. This is working for a company who deliver energy solutions so businesses can grow and communities can thrive. Location: Office based - East Wing City Park, 368 Alexandra Parade, Glasgow G31 3AUDuration: 22nd November 2023 - 01 December 2023Hours: 08:00 -17:00 Mon - FridayPay: PAYE - £10.65 per hourInterview process: Face to faceJOB ROLE:This position is to cover reception duties whilst the current receptionist is on holiday.

  • Answer incoming calls - through Microsoft Teams.
  • Meet and greet visitors.
  • Accept incoming packages.
  • Arrange for couriers as necessary.
  • Acknowledge invoices and send response in Receptionists absence.
  • Book meeting rooms.
