Job Description

SRG are excited to be working with a global specialist in the healthcare industry to help them find someone for a new role as a Quality Systems Leader.This is an amazing opportunity for someone with strong quality assurance skills from a similar regulated GMP background and is looking for their next challenge.This company offers great benefits and have very low staff turnover with a great working environment.   • Support operational functions in compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements through engagement and promotion of compliance
  • Actively support and encourage change for continuous improvement by reviewing, developing, validating, and implementing suitable systems
  • Oversee and manager the QMS
  • Prepare and report Product Quality Reviews
  • Monitor, trend and report metrics for monthly meetings and Quality Management Reviews
  • Act as an SME in Quality Assurance matters to support site wide compliance and process improvement
  • Support the Head of Quality and QP in the assessment of investigations, suitability of CAPA and justification for close out
  • Ensure Quality Risk Management principles are adopted throughout the business
  • Liaise with the Supplier Quality function to ensure adherence to the QMS
  • Drive the investigation, determination of Root Cause and creation of CAPA for Non-Conforming work
  • Act as a key member of the team when planning and hosting internal and external audits
  • Work closely with the Responsible Person to ensure compliance
  • Translate regulatory requirements into the day to day working of the business and drive the implementation of new processes and requirements
  • Drive continuous improvements and positive change across the site in relation to QA
  • As the Quality Systems Leader, you will act as deputy for the Head of Quality where required
Requirements:
  • A degree in a scientific or technical discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working within Quality Assurance (QA) within a regulated GMP environment
  • Assertive individual who can drive change and challenge where required
  • Ability to lead audits, both internal and external
  • Up to date awareness of key regulatory requirements and able to translate into working documents when required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with other teams and the wider business
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment would be beneficial
