Job Description

Join a team as a Property Administrator and make a difference!Property Administration Opportunity in Glasgow – Hybrid Working – 3 days WFH 2 days in the officeAre you looking for a rewarding career in property administration Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Our client is a leading independent UK consultancy at the forefront of risk, pensions, investment, and insurance. They are now looking fora Property Administrator to join their established team.As a Property Administrator, you will:

  • Process and support SIPP property transactions for property core and sub processes within defined SLAs
  • Ensure all client/advisor process transactions meet legal and legislative requirements
  • Liaise proactively with SIPP members, their financial advisers, solicitors, and other property professionals ensuring process transactions /expectations are completed/met within SLA
  • Escalate proactively to the Property Team Leader any case which has exceeded SLA target levels or processed in a timely manner
  • Reflect accurately billable process time per agreed billing procedure
  • Support SIPP property SME in developing suitable /appropriate technical training
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in a similar role at a SIPP or SSAS operator, with a law firm engaged in property transactions or SIPP or SSAS arrangements within a firm of surveyors is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients where appropriate and key partners is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook
