A small but well established Property & Construction Consultancy in Glasgow is looking to expand their team with the addition of an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor.The Project Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of 15x Quantity Surveyors, 6x Building Surveyors, 4x Principal Designers and 3x Project Managers.The new Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing projects in excess of £10m such as Education, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Conservation and Heritage schemes. Projects do vary from £1m - £40m.This opportunity is for a client-facing role to provide the full breadth and depth of Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent services on a wide range of projects throughout a projects life-cycle.Whether youre a newly chartered, passed your APC some time ago or are currently working towards chartership, the new Project Quantity Surveyor will receive an excellent development programme.The Project Quantity Surveyor
