Project manager - Nuclear£400pd (Inside IR35)Thurso - WFH1 year contractAdvantage Resourcing are working in partnership with an organisation operating within the nuclear sector to find a Project Manager in support of decommissioning activities for the Thurso site. The decommissioning programme consisting of multiple legacy fuel processing facilities which collectively represent one of the sites most major decommissioning challenges.The role spans project definition gates zero through two with a predominant focus on requirements and delivery strategy development.The Job Holder will:* Close liaison with stakeholder through problem definition and requirements development.* Evaluating established site procedures and liaising with Design Authority to ensure appropriate, and compliant, governance arrangements are in place aligned to contract deliverables.* Development of consultant scope of work and functional specifications for any procured design and/or development work related to the project.* Close liaison with procurement/commercial department in establishing a sub-contract strategy spanning works associated with definition development and that required for subsequent project implementation.Candidates should possess:* Experience: 15 years nuclear/industrial project delivery experience, nuclear decommissioning experience would be advantageous.* Experience: 5 years delivering contracts of over £2m, ideally NEC contract form.If you feel you meet the criteria, please apply.
