Providing specialist expertise for working with the sea - one of the most aggressive and unforgiving environments. The Maritime Team specialises in dredging & reclamation, breakwaters& coastal defences, container & general cargo terminals, cruise terminals, roro & ferry terminals. Embracing new technologies to design innovative outcomes that complement the environment and communities in which they reside; locally, nationally and globally.Purpose Of Role:We currently have an opportunity for a Maritime Engineers at all levels (Main Grade / Senior and Principal). As a member of Maritime team, you will work on this diverse range of opportunities that will allow you to share and broaden your skills and knowledgewithin an agile, digital environment. Joining the team will give you the opportunity to experience new challenges and design for the future.Maritime Projects range from:

  • Dredging and Reclamation - Advice and Design
  • Breakwater and coastal defenses design
  • Marina and waterfront developments
  • Cruise and ferry terminals - including RORO (Roll on / Roll off)
Skills and Experience:
  • Experienced engineer in the field of ports and maritime engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer (can make exceptions for the right candidate with extensive experience)
  • Strong design experience from inception of an idea to outline Business Case, Full Business Case and Detailed Design
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and guidance.
  • Security cleared - currently hold SC or happy to underdo check)
  • Master planning for ports
  • Dredging / Reclamation and Channels experience is desirable.
  • Competitive base salary (depending on level and experience)
