Job Description

Looking to join a creative and specialist retail brand in what is an exciting time for the business Want to use your performance marketing experience working with some great budgets and where youll see some real results in the work you doWe are delighted to be partnering with Trtl - creator of the innovative Trtl Travel Pillow and other accessories - as they bring in a Performance Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing team. With a number of key hires joining the business this yearand big growth plans, this is a brand new role for them and will take the lead on PPC, Paid Social, SEM and Display Advertising channels.As a standalone role in the team - youll naturally have support from internal teams and external agencies - this is a fantastic opportunity to really put your stamp on it with some great long-term prospects here during the transition to moving this functionin-house.Were looking for...

  • Extensive experience within the paid media space - PPC, Paid Social, Display and SEM
  • Strong track record of success within digital marketing and acquisition - ideally with some international exposure
  • Strong analytical skills - youll be well versed in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar
  • Excellent communication skills - youll be collaborating with various teams in the business and used to juggling multiple projects
  • Budget management - youll be used to working with big budgets
  • Certified with Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint or similar
  • Curiosity - youll always be looking at ways to improve and experiment
  • A passion for travel!
You will be...
  • Developing, testing, leaning and improving digital acquisition strategies - ensuring in-depth campaign analysis is taking place
  • Managing and optimising paid media channels
  • Working closely with internal teams and external agencies - briefing and negotiating where necessary
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Managing budget allocation
  • A/B testing and experimenting to optimise campaign performance
