Job Description

We have an excellent permanent People Manager role with a large, well known Glasgow based organisationThis is a great role managing a team of People Advisors where you will coach, support and develop them to deliver an effective operational HR service to the businessYou will be required to:

  • Take the lead on HR project work to support the Advisory team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work with the wider HR team to support the deliver of strategic HR projects
  • Drive and deliver HR excellence in order to improve HR Service delivery
  • Ensure that HR practices are fully compliant and in line with company policy and employment law.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information
You will be an experienced HR/People Manager used to managing, coaching and developing teams. You will also have CIPD qualification and extensive employee relations experience. You will have the ability to manage and resolve complex issues quickly and previousexperience delivering a range of HR project work.
