Job Description

Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week M-F)Glasgow/Hybrid WorkingCirca £25k + benefitsAre you an experienced payroll administrator looking for a new roleWe may have just the opportunity you are looking for....We are on the lookout for an experienced payroll administrator to join our City Centre clients busy team processing payroll and pension auto enrolment for their casual workforce. In this role you will be responsible for collating data and preparing 3-4 separatepayrolls which are processed by 2 separate bureaus. This is a fast paced and varied role which involves manually collating and checking timesheets, preparing them for Sage, Core HR and submission to external payroll bureaus. Our client work closely with some of the biggest brands in the Retail, Tech and Financial Services sectors and they also offer a great package with fantastic benefits. The successful candidate will have ..* Previous experience in a large payroll environment and a sound knowledge of current payroll legislation* Experience of end to end auto enrolment processing* Knowledge of Tax, NI, SSP and SMP along with the ability to make manual calculations.* Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel (v look up and pivots essential)* Working knowledge of payroll software / hr systems, ideally Sage and Core HR* Good organisation skills and the ability to work to deadlinesIf you would like more information or you would like to apply then please click on the link today and we will be in touch!
