Job Description

Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of Payroll Administrator for a market leading and well-respected Property business based in Edinburgh. The salary is up to £24,000The CompanyThis client is a successful construction company with over 60 years experience operating in Scotland. They are looking for a new Payroll Administrator to join their Finance TeamThe RoleYou will be involved in the following duties:* Manage All PAYE related manners, including SSP, SMP, SPP, Attachment of earnings,* Check & Submit weekly EPS to HMRC* Update weekly HMRC payment schedule.* Process Sub-Contractor invoices and payments* Training records management* Process and reconcile weekly payroll* Check & submit weekly EPS to HMRC* Update weekly HMRC payment schedule.* Compile month end deduction reports for accounts* Compile month end payment schedule for HMRC & Pension* Compile monthly pension contributions, upload file to Head Office* Processing new starters & leavers documents* Monitoring attendance and reporting Bradford Factor* Assist with any payroll related queries.Preferred Qualifications* Previous experience in a finance environment* Knowledge of financial software and tools - Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.* Ideally studying for professional accountancy qualificationOn OfferThe role of Payroll Administrator is based in Glasgow and is offering the following package:* Up to 24,000* Hybrid working* On site car parkNext StepsPlease reach out to or call for a private and confidential conversation.
