Job Description

Our client is looking for Part Time Administrator for their office in Hillington - this is an office based positionClient DetailsA leading companyDescription

  • Greeting customers in the showroom and dealing with general enquires
  • Taking leads from customers visiting or calling the showroom
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Using CRM/Order Management applications.
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Co-ordinating diaries for surveys, showroom appointments & remedials
  • Accurate filing of customer records and bathroom designs
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and provides a high standard of aftercare.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of showroom
  • Working in a face-paced environment, this position requires excellent team work and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Most importantly, we need an excellent team player who doesnt back down from a challenge.
