Working at the forefront of the Energy industry, its essential that Drax stays ahead of emerging threats and continuously improves how we defend our critical data and systems.Were now recruiting an OT Cyber Security Specialist based in Glasgow.About the RoleYoull be responsible for maintaining a robust cyber security presence across Drax, specifically focusing on management of the OT Security Operation Centre.Your role will cover a range of activities including supporting Drax senior management in the delivery of the Drax cyber security plan, assisting in the management of the audit and review process and proactively managing emerging threats that could impact ourOperational Technology environments.As a subject matter expert, youll provide support to the Automation & Control teams, Plant Support teams and IT teams by helping to identify emerging threats, conducting analysis and writing intelligence reports specifying how best to mitigate the associatedrisks.About YouIdeally, youll have an Engineering background with experience working in a mechanical, electrical or control and instrumentation discipline. A recognised HSE qualification would be beneficial.In addition to this, youll need strong experience in cyber security covering management, analysis, and risk mitigation, gained from working within an Operational Technology environment. An understanding of security frameworks including IEC 602443, ISA-95,NIS Directive, SoGP Cyber Kill Chain and Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture is key.About DraxDrax is playing a vital role in helping change the way energy is generated, supplied and used.
