Job Description

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with an independent practice, personally licensed by AAT working throughout the West and East Coast of Scotland.The firmhas the background, expertise, and extensive resources to provide you and your business withtailored-made solutions, whether that may be in respect of managing day-to-day operations, tax, and vat planning, or other strategic decisions you may need to make.Our services cover everything you will require from a proactive and efficient firm, such as financial planning -we are a one-stop shop when it comes to your accounting and finance needs.We are seeking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator to work at our Glasgow office.Your duties will include:

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages
  • Ensure the office is kept in a clean and tidy manner
  • Attending meetings and taking note
  • Ensure emails are checked and responded to within 24 hours
  • Ensure telephone messages are responded to within 24 hours
  • Any other duties deemed necessary for the completion of the job
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Experience with answering and directing phone calls,
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
