G3: Do you love teaching the 3-5sDo you want to work in a lively and unique settingOur client is looking for a Room Leader to work in their 3-5 Room. This is an exciting time to join an established team in a nursery with an excellent reputation. We are looking to recruit a Room Leader to join their supportive and well established team . As the Room leader you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of care and education at all times, as well as planning and implementing activities appropriate to the childrens need and interests. Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): Observe and assess childrens learning to identify appropriate next steps. Maintain a clear record of progress in assessment profiles to provide an accurate record of their learning journey. Uphold Montessori principles and practice at all times. Work closely with your colleagues to implement Montessori approach. The Successful candidate will have : HNC SVQ level 3, NNEB, or equivalent qualification. Montessori Diploma or experience of working in a Montessori setting. Thorough understanding of the Curriculum of Excellence. Experience working with children in the 3-5 age range. Strong Communication skills- good command of spoken and written English. Passion and enthusiasm for working with children.
