Job Description

First Achieve is currently looking for a Noticing/Street works coordinator around the Glasgow area to join an exponentially growing business, offering training, career prospects and a great annual salary.We are looking for a driven individual who can assist in all project activities and bring valuable expertise to the civil engineering team. The successful candidate will have experience in telecommunications or similar projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling Aurora data/reports for managers
  • Coordination of activities with managers, clients and council and raising notices for civils/cabling activities on Aurora
  • Raise permits for works needing temporary signals
  • Raise permits for works needing closures/parking suspensions
  • Validation for upcoming works and managing updates for validation
  • Printing off job packs and uploading to system for several gangs
  • Uploading job packs to Management system
  • Updating Daily Reinstatement Tracker
  • General administrative tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Be conversant with the Aurora system
  • Be familiar with the New Roads and Streetworks Act and the Traffic Scotland Act
  • Be experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel
