Does this sound like youWhat will you be doing

  • Splicing, installing and maintaining our fibre network: This is critical in order to install our service
  • Successful Fault diagnostics and testing You will be required to fault find within our Network infrastructure using testing equipment including optical time-domain reflector (OTDR), fibre light pens and power meters and any other equipment as required.
  • Safe and Secure: Our number one goal is to ensure our staff get "Home safe", It is imperative our staff are working within the accordance of our Health and Safety policies and procedures, whereby turning a blind eye is not an option for compliance which could impact each other, our customers, members of the public and our Brand. When working on site you will ensure that communal areas / access locations are secured always to protect assets, our people and the general public.
    • What are we looking for
  • National Road & Safety at Work Act (NRSWA)
  • BT A9 / SA002 Accreditation
  • Valid CSCS / ECS or EUSR card for Telecommunications
  • Extensive experience in Fibre Splicing and Management into large complex nodes
  • Extensive experience in BFB and COF Fibre blowing
  • Extensive experience in fibre testing with OTDR
