MORTGAGE ADVISOR (EMPLOYED)Salary £30k-£35k + BensOur client is a highly successful independent financial advice and mortgage brokerage who are looking for a talented Mortgage Advisor to join the team and exploit our highly lucrative lead sources.Working on an employed basis, you will be provided with pre-qualified leads and you will offer whole of market, mortgage, protection and estate planning advice to our diverse client baseOnce you have gone through initial training on Company processes and procedures you will work from home where you will benefit from sophisticated technology and state of the art sales tools and bespoke software.The client will provide fully GDPR compliant software and an encrypted laptop with all licences required to conduct business including Office 365. You will also benefit from full admin support, compliance support and all appointments are pre-booked and pre-qualified for you, which will allow you to really focus on doing what you do best, giving advice!There is a great sense of team spirit and camaraderie within the business where colleagues are constantly sharing ideas and assisting each other on cases.It is essential that you hold the CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification and have worked with mortgages, although not necessarily selling mortgages. Whilst previous mortgage advising experience would be welcomed, this is by no means a requirement.
