Having experienced steady growth since their establishment over 100 years ago- to the point they have 130 employees-they are now looking for a new Mechanical Design Engineer to join their tight-knit Design team.This varied role will see you working within the tight-knit Design team of 3 and reporting to the Engineering Manager as you work alongside the senior management team and produce detailed drawings for new and existing products to support the manufacturing andsales teams. You will produce detailed drawings and 2D and 3D designs as you influence projects from cradle to grave for special purpose machinery.This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer or similar from an Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Industrial background who is proficient in Solidworks looking for a role within a specialist manufacture who are known for their long-term staff retention, companyshares options and a generous bonus scheme.
