They operate on a hybrid work model and are paying up to £47,000 for this role!The CompanyMy clients are a growing Scottish firm that are have a number of revenue streams. The finance function and the wider team is growing rapidly. The RoleThis is an extremely exciting opportunity for individuals who want to come in and make a long-term impact while adding value to the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial control, analysis and support. Some of the responsibilitieswill include:* Assist with monthly/quarterly internal financial reporting requirements as well supporting the year end statutory reporting process.* Ensure budgets and actuals are correctly captured and reflected* Implement financial controls and processes ensuring alignment with wider Finance policies.* Providing support and assistance to the junior members of staff* Balance sheet reconciliation* Assist with cash flow management and forecasting* Build relationships with the senior management team and wider finance team.Experience Required* Fully qualified (CA/ACCA) or QBE.* Strong management accounting knowledge.* Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills.* At least 3 years working within a fast paced finance function* Excellent written and spoken communication skillsOn Offer* Highly competitive salary* Flexible hybrid work model* Free onsite car parking* Full exposure to the finance functionNext StepsPlease contact Liam Fergusson on for a private and confidential chat.
