IT Support EngineerWindows, O365, Solarwinds, ITIL, Helpdesk, CompTIA, MTA, MCSA, Break/FixMy client is a provider of Plumbing Solutions both across the UK and internationally.They have an urgent requirement for a IT Support EngineerAs IT Support Engineer you will be reporting directly to the ICT Manager where you will be responsible for the 1st / 2nd line support of circa 200+ users across Eight sites.The IT Support Engineer will carry out user account management in a AD, Exchange and O365 environment. Hardware installation and troubleshooting, supporting internal users via helpdesk remotely and on-site, also ensuring that software licensing agreementsare adhered to. Knowledge and skills in the following would be of great benefit: Windows, O365, Solarwinds, ITIL, Helpdesk, CompTIA, MTA, MCSA.The IT Support Engineer will be personable, an excellent communicator, be calm under pressure and be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
