Job Description

1st / 2nd line IT support technician role with a bi-lingual component in Russian, German, Spanish or French.Looking for someone with a good grasp of IT Support. Preferred skill sets; Hardware, Nutanix or VMWare.Client DetailsWorking for one of the worlds largest IT companiesDescription

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DCG hardware, software, and overall problem resolution responsible for end-to-end case management.
  • As the Agent within a live contact centre, the Agent is logged into telephony system and performs direct contact centre role via phone, eTicketing, chat, and forums. Agent will interface and collaborating with peer Geo Level 1 agents, Level 3 OEM agents,and hardware and software development teams.
  • Ownership of all software, hypervisor, configuration, infrastructure, and usability issues
  • Resolve complex, collaborative calls working with Level 3 teams and Hardware/Software development teams, as well as hardware problem determination and hardware services delivery providers
  • Microsoft: MCSA and MCSE certifications (server operating systems, infrastructure, and cloud)
Profile
  • 1-5+ years of direct contact centre experience in similar Intel based hardware environments
  • Prior experience as a Level 1 / 2 contact centre agent
  • Experience troubleshooting from a solution level for appropriate data collection (logs) and isolation: architectural level and interfaces between components and the data flow
  • Preferred skill sets; Hardware, Nutanix or VMWare.
